Inventory Code may collect information needed to operate inventory workflows, including:
- Email addresses for account sign-in and account communication
- User ID and account identifiers for authentication and syncing user data
- Inventory records and other user-created content, including item names, quantities, categories, notes, stock movement history, and reports
- Photos or videos users choose to upload or capture, such as receipt images or product photos
- Customer support information users submit when requesting help
How Information Is Used
Information is used to provide, operate, and secure Inventory Code, including:
- Supporting app functionality, account access, authentication, and authorized use
- Saving and syncing inventory records, uploaded media, reports, and user-created content
- Providing customer support and responding to privacy or account requests

Data Sharing
Pivot Programming LLC does not sell Inventory Code personal information or business inventory data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers only when needed to operate, secure, host, or support the service.
Inventory Code does not use collected data for third-party advertising or tracking.
Payments
Payment details for App Store subscriptions are handled by Apple. Pivot Programming LLC does not receive full payment card details.
Security
Inventory Code is designed to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for account access, stored records, and operational data.
