Effective Date: June 9, 2026. These practical terms and privacy notes explain how Inventory Code works, what data it uses, and how to contact Pivot Programming.

Inventory Code

Terms of Use

Inventory Code is an iOS inventory management app by Pivot Programming. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to use Inventory Code responsibly and only for lawful inventory, receipt, barcode, analytics, and stock history workflows.

This page is provided for clear product communication and is not legal advice. Pivot Programming may review and update this language, and you should have it reviewed by counsel if needed.

App Features

Inventory Code lets users create an account, track inventory items, scan barcodes, save item photos, save and scan receipts, view stock history, and review inventory metrics such as spend, cost, resale value, and profit potential.

Accounts and User Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory details, barcodes, SKUs, photos, receipts, and other content you add to your account. Keep your sign-in information secure and do not use Inventory Code to store illegal, harmful, or unauthorized content.

Subscription and Billing

Inventory Code uses an Apple App Store auto-renewable subscription. The subscription is $4.99 per month and includes a 2-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Apple handles billing, and Pivot Programming does not store full payment card details.

Service Changes and Availability

Pivot Programming may update, improve, pause, or remove app features when needed for reliability, security, product changes, or legal requirements. Inventory Code is provided as a practical inventory tool, but no software service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
